Recipe: Bagel sandwich
I got a card last month that lets me get a free bagel pack (13 bagels + 2 tubs of cream cheese) every month from Panera for the next year. I’ve started getting creative with my bounty of bagels and hit upon an amazing bagel sandwich recipe.
Ingredients: Asiago bagel One egg (or two egg whites) Reduced fat chive and onion cream cheese
Scramble egg, cooking all the way through. Toast bagel....

Words of wisdom, beer, and friends
I’ve been saying this a lot since Matt got Duke: Two dogs is a lifestyle. One dog is a pet, but two is a lifestyle. We’ve been spending way more time at the dog park these past two months, and our usual spot in Decatur is getting a little stale.
Today we hit up Piedmont Park with Cole, Amy, and their lab puppy Indy (as in Indiana Jones, not as in indie music). Matt took the pups...

I’m making myself cry by compiling potential father-daughter dance songs. I’d unsubscribe now if I were you, guys. It’s not going to get better, only worse. And there’s a year of this to come.

House Hunting
Me: I was calling to speak to XYZ about the house at 123 Road. I was wondering if it would be possible for me to see the house this weekend.
Woman: I can help you with that.
Me: Great, when can I see it?
Woman: I should advise you that it’s already been leased.
Me: Then I guess there’s no reason for me to see it. Thanks for your help.

Should I be concerned that the kennel can keep...
Should I be boarding him somewhere nicer?
This is my backwards way of saying that I’m going to Ireland and Scotland tomorrow with Mom and Dad to visit Ben for two weeks.

Lesson of the Day
Do not show your stylist a photo of Heidi Klum’s hair unless you’re ready to lose four inches and get bangs.
